2023 Photographer of the Year
Congratulations to Sheila Hutchings who has won the 2023 photographer of the year. Sheila won three of the monthly competitions and scored highly in others. The images represented a diverse range of subjects and showed Sheila's technique and creativity. As seen in the image, Sheila's creativity extends beyond photography to many other types of arts and crafts.
